How Cars Changed the World
I think the automobile changed the world most because you could get to places faster. You could just get in your car instead of walking or riding a horse. People didn't buy them at first and they cost a lot, but when people started to buy them the prices got lower because they were making a lot of money. The car went about 7 or 8 mph at first, but a little afterwards they started going about 15 or 20 mph. At first cars didn't have WINDSHEILD wipers but soon they were invented and could be controlled inside of the car.
Cars didn't even have ROOFS at first but they were invented later after the windsheild wipers were invented. Sometimes cars were pulled by horses if the car broke down. But if it broke down it would cost about $25 and that was a lot of money back then. The appliances to fix the car cost about $100 and that was really a lot of money back then. But back then their cars weren't really accurate back then but now there really accurate.
